40 SOEs to sign 2018 SOEs Performance Contract on April 10
The 2018 SOEs Performance Contract Signing Ceremony will come off at the Labadi Beach Hotel in La, Accra.
The ceremony which is slated for 10th of April 2018, is expected to witness a total of forty (40) agencies of which thirty-five (35) are SOEs and the others being subvented.
This year’s event will have the President of The Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the Keynote Speaker. Also, in attendance will be the sector ministers of the various SOEs and their allied agencies. Seventeen Ministers and forty (40) Chief Executives will also be present to sign their Performance Contracts for the 2018 business year.
The signing ceremony will have the Chief Executives of the SOEs signing with their board chairs as witnesses, followed by their respective sector ministers, the Finance Minister and the Executive Chairman of the State Enterprises Commission, Honorable Stephen Asamoah-Boateng witnessing as well.
The SEC team in attendance will be Mr. Justice Abeeku Newton-Offei (Presidential Staffer at the Office of The President and PRO for the State Enterprises Commission), Mr. David Quaye Annang (Acting Chief of Administration), Mr. Joojo Ghansah (Executive Director for Business Advisory Services department) and Mr. John Kwesi Mensah (Ag. Executive Director, Performance Monitoring and Evaluation department).
