It will complete the performance management system as it provides non-pecuniary incentive to performing Entities and at the same time to encourages non-performing Entities.”
He called on Specified entities to strive to honour their dividends payment obligations to government.
Hon. Joseph Cudjoe on his part said the problems of Specified Entities is over 60 years old and that is why he is working with SIGA, Public Investments and Assets Division (PIAD) under the Ministry of Finance to align the oversight responsibilities.
