Accra, 4th April 2022.

The State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA) brings to the attention of all Board Chairpersons and Chief Executive Officers (CEO) of all Specified Entities (SE), a meeting to discuss issues of compliance, particularly relating to audited management and financial accounts.

The meeting, which is scheduled for 5^th April, 2022 at the Alisa Hotel, is in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance (MoF), Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD), the Public Services Commission (PSC), the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), the Internal Audit Agency (IAA), and the Auditor General’s Department (AGD).

All Board Chairpersons and Chief Executive Officers are required to attend.

For the avoidance of doubt Specified Entities (SEs) refer to: State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Joint Venture Companies (JVCs) and Other Specified Entities (OSEs).
