The State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA) is proud to announce the publication of the 8th Edition of the State Ownership Report (SOR 2023).

The publication is in line with Section 4.61 of the Cabinet-approved State Ownership Policy, which designates SIGA as the central oversight body responsible for publishing the SOR.

The SOR serves as a critical tool, offering an in-depth analysis of the financial performance and economic contributions of Specified Entities (SEs). This publication reaffirms SIGA’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and the sustainable management of state assets, ensuring that the valuable insights provided by the SOR guide informed decision-making and strategic planning across the SE sector.
