Ghana Trade Fair Company Limited(GTFC)
The Ghana Trade Fair Company is to marshall its material and human resource to commercially engage in effective trade promotion for Ghanaian enterprises. In the process, the GTFC will continue with the development of the Ghana Trade Fair Centre to an internationally acceptable standard, and effectively utilize all its facilities for viable economic ventures.
Ghana Trade Fair Company Limited has evolved through various stages from a department under the ministry of Trade during its inception through an authority in 1989 when by PNDCL215 it was established as a state owned enterprise (the Ghana Trade Authority) to operate as a commercial concern. In 1997 and accordance with the statutory corporations (Conversion to Companies Act) 1993 Act 461, the authority was converted into a Limited Liability Company renamed the Ghana Trade Fair Company Limited with the government of Ghana as the sole shareholder.
WE strive to become the preferred International Trade Fair Center in the sub-region and to promote beneficial trade between Ghana and her global trading partners.
