Twifo Oil Palm Plantations Limited (TOPP) can be located at Twifo Ntafrewaso near Twifo Praso, in the Central Region of Ghana with a Nucleus planted area of 4234 ha. The rest of the concession is covered with Offices, Factory, accommodation for Junior, Senior and Management Staff, Recreational center, a nine-hole Golf Course, Club House, Clinic, Police Station, Banks, Schools (Pre-school, Primary, and Junior High), Roads, Nursery and 1913ha for smallholders.

The nucleus planted area stretches about ten kilometers (10 km) in the north-south direction and about six kilometers (6 km) in the east to west direction.

To ensure business continuity, in 2003, TOPP initiated a replanting program for the nucleus plantings, in which the first generation palm trees of twenty-five years and above are being felled and replaced with higher-yielding and drought-tolerant seedlings.
