SHC Inaugurates Legacy Court Estates
Minister for Works and Housing, Hon. Asenso-Boakye inaugurates the Adenta Legacy Court Housing Estates project.
The new housing project by the State Housing Company Limited (SHC) comprises of forty housing units and offers a range of apartment options from two, three, and four bedrooms. In addition to the housing units, the estate has amenities such as a mini-market and sports facilities to enhance living experience for its residents.
The project marks the seventh housing initiative commissioned by the State Housing Company under the leadership of President Nana Akufo Addo and Vice President Dr. Bawumia.
Hon. Asenso-Boakye expressed his satisfaction with the SHC’s commitment to fulfilling its mandate of providing high-quality homes in vibrant communities where residents can take pride in their living spaces.
Mr. Kwabena Ampofo Appiah, the Managing Director of the State Housing Company, also underscored the unique focus of the Adenta Legacy Court project. Specifically designed to cater to the housing needs of mid-income families, it simultaneously generates proceeds to support low-income affordable housing initiatives. He further noted that the project’s funding was entirely sourced from SHC’s internally generated funds and deposits from buyers.
All homes within the Legacy Court development come equipped with Ghana Post mailboxes and digital addresses, ensuring efficient and seamless mail delivery services.
Encouraging prospective homebuyers, Mr. Appiah emphasized the benefits of engaging with SHC projects, highlighting the affordability and flexibility in payment plans that these initiatives offer.
