SIGA Mourns Richard Adiyiah

 

A delegation from the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA) over the weekend mourn with the Produce Buying Company (PBC).

The delegation which was led by the Director-General of SIGA, Ambassador Edward Boateng included, the General Manager Operations and some heads of division.

They joined other mourners to observe the one-week ceremony of the passing of Mr. Richard Akuoko Adiyiah, who was the CEO of the Produce Buying Company until his demise.

The delegation commiserated with the family and loved ones of Mr. Adiyiah who was a former Member of Parliament (MP) for Ahafo Ano North expressing deep sympathies over his passing

Mr. Adiyiah who died aged 67 was an expert in finance and international development. He worked across continents with the United Nations in various capacities.

Prior to his appointment as CEO of PBC Ltd., Mr. Adiyiah was the Financial Controller of GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited and is credited with being part of a team that progressively transformed the state-owned distillery and PBC.
