Provide advise on all legal matters (including operations, contract negotiations, labour relations, etc.) to ensure that there are no infringements of the laws, rules and regulations in the execution of the day-to-day activities of the Authority

Develop Legal strategy, policies, procedures and other support systems including monitoring mechanisms in managing the legal matters of SIGA and specified entities

Manage the use of SIGA’s seal, deeds, title documents, Legislative Instruments with respect to its operations and contracts with SOEs and specified entities to ensure compliance with regulations and agreements and minimise legal risks.
04.
Assist in the definition, review and evaluation of performance contracts and mandates of the relevant State Interest Entities to ensure fairness, objectivity and adherence.
