This is an annual publication by the State Interests and Governance Authority (SIGA) that presents a comprehensive analysis of the financial and operational performance of all entities in which the state holds an interest. It offers an overview of Specified Entities (SEs), including State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Joint Venture Companies (JVCs), and Other State Entities (OSEs). The report supports transparency and accountability in the management of state assets in accordance to the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA), 2016 (Act 921) and the Public Financial Management Regulations, 2019 (LI 2378).
The annual state ownership report is published in August of each year.
