Working with state interest entities to evaluate new transactions, with a strong focus on credit and asset quality (including processing mandates, due diligence, risk assessment, negotiating term sheets and other documentation, syndication, etc.) to ensure value-for-money

Providing input and comments on project, policy and other documents related to respective sector operations and development across a range of key themes and sectors

Maintaining close relationships with state entities and providing meaningful input and challenge into the prioritization of business investments.

Delivering transformative solutions to support mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, investment and financing structures, disposition alternatives and post-transaction activities
06.
Providing support for the valuation of assets of state interest entities for divestment/ disposal in conformity with legal and legislative requirements
07.
Collation of relevant data on the activities of the state interest entities to enhance analysis for solvency, profitability and liquidity to inform decision on investment and divestment
08.
Preparation of quarterly and annual forecasts and reviews of domestic investment activity of the various state interest entities
