The IT Division is primarily responsible for providing the enabling infrastructure and efficiency tools for the workforce to thrive in a corporate environment in the discharge of their duties. Beyond the usual key systems such as CRM, ERP and others delivered for corporate organizations, for SIGA, Document Management System (DMS) is a key system leveraged as part of the delivery of a Real-time Monitoring Infrastructure to deliver deep insights for management decision making.
